At Apollo Automation, we are committed to building high-quality, open, and reliable smart sensors that work with your favorite smart home platforms. While our devices are known for seamless integration with Home Assistant and ESPHome, we are excited to announce that we are expanding support to HomeSeer and Hubitat, two widely used platforms with dedicated user communities.
Thanks to collaboration with developers and community members, users will soon be able to bring Apollo’s full range of sensors into their HomeSeer and Hubitat setups. This includes our MSR-2 mmWave Multisensor, AIR-1 Air Quality Sensor, TEMP-1 Temperature Sensor, and PLT-1 Plant Sensor.
Add Apollo Sensors to HomeSeer and Hubitat
Apollo sensors are designed for privacy first, local control, and powerful automation capabilities. With upcoming support for HomeSeer and Hubitat, you will be able to:
• Detect presence and motion with precision using our mmWave sensors like the MSR-2 and MTR-1
• Monitor air quality, CO2, temperature, humidity, pressure, and light with the compact AIR-1
• Track food safety or appliance temperature with the TEMP-1 and its waterproof probes
• Take better care of your plants with the PLT-1 and PLT-1B, which measure soil moisture, light, and temperature. These sensors also integrate with Open Plant Book, allowing automatic application of plant-specific ideal conditions for smarter watering and lighting.
Built for Automation and Flexibility
Apollo devices use WiFi for fast and reliable communication with no dependency on the cloud. They are designed for local processing, giving you full control over your data and automations. Whether you are automating rooms, monitoring energy use, or caring for plants, Apollo sensors are designed to support your smart home goals.
Join the Community and Help Expand Support
This platform expansion is community driven. We are working closely with developers and early adopters to finalize integrations, write documentation, and ensure the best experience. If you are a HomeSeer or Hubitat user and want to help test or provide feedback, we would love to hear from you.
More Platforms Coming Soon
We are also working on support for Matter and Zigbee, which will allow compatibility with platforms like SmartThings, Apple Home, and Google Home.
