Year In Review 2024

Introduction

Apollo Automation is a small startup located in Lexington, KY USA. A couple friends started Apollo as a hobby project in September of 2023. Our core beliefs and commitment to building a company we are proud of has grown Apollo over the 2024 year. We can't state how grateful we are to the community we've built, Home Assistant, and ESPHome for their support.

 

2024 Accomplishments:

  • Delivered 4 products to the Home Assistant community and consistently rated in the top products of their category across multiple review sites
  • Grown our international distribution and supplied sensors to every continent in the world except Antarctica ( let us know if you have a contact there! )
  • Built international relationships through our community and networking
  • Joined the Made For ESPHome program on all of our sensors
  • Hired a community / support manager
  • Got accepted to the Awesome Inc fellowship program
  • Grew our workshop and manufacturing capabilities significantly
