The Apollo FPC Cable is the 14-pin flexible printed circuit (FPC) ribbon cable that connects your modules to the ESPHome C6 Board. It's the same cable that ships with the ESPHome Starter Kit: a spare for running a second module, a replacement, or an extra for your own builds. The zero insertion force connector slides in with the blue side up and latches in place, no soldering and no tools. It works with every Apollo Starter Kit module and the Apollo Breakout Module.

How It Works

Power off the ESPHome C6 Board, lift the small latch on the FPC connector, slide the cable in with the blue side facing up, then press the latch down to lock it. Either 14-pin FPC port on the board works, top or bottom. The latches are small and the cable is delicate, so lift the latch first and never pull on the cable itself.
