Stream your record player to every room. The Apollo CAST PRO-1 has a 3.5mm Line In jack that turns your record player, CD player, or TV into a source in Music Assistant. Play it on any speaker in your home, in sync. Audio in came from community feedback after CAST-1.

For output, the CAST PRO-1 connects to speakers, soundbars, amplifiers, and AV receivers over analog and optical, and brings them into Home Assistant and Music Assistant via Sendspin. Stream music, announcements, alarms, and more to the speakers you already own. Built-in Ethernet gives you a wired connection.

It runs open source ESPHome firmware and supports Sendspin, the open audio protocol from the Open Home Foundation. Sync it with other CAST PRO-1 and CAST-1 units or other Sendspin speakers, and your music follows you from room to room.

It also has onboard RGB LEDs, works as a Bluetooth proxy, supports WiZmote remotes, and has a screw terminal for connecting an addressable LED strip with no soldering, so your lights can react to your music.
  • Bring your soundbar or AV receiver into whole-home audio. Connect over optical and your TV’s sound system joins every other room.
  • Play your record player in every room. Plug a turntable or CD player into Line In and play it on any speaker through Music Assistant.
  • Rock-solid audio for the media cabinet. Built-in Ethernet keeps streams steady where Wi-Fi struggles, with Wi-Fi as a backup.
  • Home Assistant announcements on real speakers. Doorbell, laundry done, garage left open, delivered through the speakers already in the room.
  • Lighting that moves with the music. Wire an LED strip to the screwless 5V, GND, and IO1 terminals and let it light up while music plays.
