mmWave Radar Sensor (HLK-ld2410b)

  • 1 Target tracking
  • Very good still detection
  • Very good tuning capability
  • Ability to tune out false positives

LUX and UV Sensor (LTR-390UV)

Temperature  / Pressure Sensor (DPS310)

Provides accurate readings of temperature, and pressure. The pressure enhances the readings from the CO2 sensor. Note: The ESP32-C3 in constant WiFi connection generates significant heat; you might need to adjust the offset based on your setup and the temperature/humidity won't be as good as a dedicated sensor with less heat build up.

C02 Sensor (Optional SCD-40)

  • True CO2 sensing

Bluetooth Tracker(ESP32-C3-Mini) - YAML Config Required

Track Bluetooth devices in your house, letting you know which devices are closest to the sensor. You will need to know the MAC of the Bluetooth devices you want to track.

  • Find your phone if you left it in the office or the bedroom.
  • Know who just walked into the room.
  • Track a beacon attached to your dog's collar.

1st experience and I am convinced

I had been recommended to look into the MSR-2 for a while but the price was pushing me off so I tried other options but it was never a all in one solution. I decided to get one see how it goes.
First, setup was as easy as can be really less than 3min from cutting the tape on the box to functional and connected. So, 5 stare there.
2nd, the amount of information that this little sensor gives is just phenomenal, I have had it for 1 month and I'm still discovering new things and new ways to use the MSR-2. So 5 stars there.
3rd, for me every house automation has to pass one very important and difficult test, "Wife approval" .. I would say that was tricky, is it useful and allowing to make our life easier ? Yes, check. Does look good and would I put it in my living room ? No, not really.. but could I be smart and engineer my way out of hiding it or concealing it ? Absolutely. So that's my only "complaints", it will require work to make it invisible but I put this between apostrophes because, if you buy other sensors to have the same capabilities.. you'll have to hide 3/4 sensors here it's one so less work for me, more chance to pass the test. That's a win for me, I'll be ordering more of those as I improve my home assistant.

great little device!

I use the MSR-2 mmWave Multisensor to keep my undercabinet lights on while I work in my garage. Great to have the lights come on (and stay on) as soon as I walk in the area. Previously I used a motion sensor but that turn the lights off and on when ever anything moved in the area. Love this little sensor!
