Product Details

mmWave Radar Sensor (HLK-ld2410b)

  • 1 Target tracking
  • Very good still detection
  • Very good tuning capability
  • Ability to tune out false positives

LUX and UV Sensor (LTR-390UV)

Temperature  / Pressure Sensor (DPS310)

Provides accurate readings of temperature, and pressure. The pressure enhances the readings from the CO2 sensor. Note: The ESP32-C3 in constant WiFi connection generates significant heat; you might need to adjust the offset based on your setup and the temperature/humidity won't be as good as a dedicated sensor with less heat build up.

C02 Sensor (Optional SCD-40)

  • True CO2 sensing

Bluetooth Tracker(ESP32-C3-Mini) - YAML Config Required

Track Bluetooth devices in your house, letting you know which devices are closest to the sensor. You will need to know the MAC of the Bluetooth devices you want to track.

  • Find your phone if you left it in the office or the bedroom.
  • Know who just walked into the room.
  • Track a beacon attached to your dog's collar.

So far so good

Only complaint has been time to get this delivered but I did order it just before Labor Day weekend. The actual hardware is great

As described and more

Hardware is amazing, does exactly what is specified on the box. Integrates with HA with no fuss at all - works for occupancy, and motion across a rather large room with the ability to detect at several distances - imagine kitchen and dining room as separate triggerable (and configurable distance) locations from a single sensor.
Not totally plussed with the 3d printed ball mount solution, but it's an innovative idea AND they give away the 3d print files, so complaints on something like this are minimal.
Only had it in my hands for 2 weeks so the amount of playing around is limited, but I feel to be just scratching the surface of what this tiny sensor can accomplish.

Awesome small presence sensor (almost perfect - almost)

I really like the Apollo MSR-2. I created a 3D model for a ceiling mount and am gradually replacing all my presence sensors at home. A reliable presence sensor is an instrumental part of my smart home.

The only thing that’s really missing is a user-friendly zone configurator—something similar to the Presence One Lite from Lewis, who created a very helpful add-on for his devices.
